Together with one of the industry's leading formulators, KNOW Beauty provides face masks formulated with the highest quality ingredients to support your skin's unique needs. Designed to fit seamlessly into any skincare routine and formulated and proven for all skin tones and types including sensitive skin.
With design at the forefront of the brand, we are seeking a creative and adaptable Junior Designer to 1) own the aesthetic identity of the brand together with the lead designer, and be responsible for its creative execution across channels 2) deliver aesthetically pleasing, on-brand wireframes, product packaging, and creatives 3) maintain the branding and design guidelines. At times you may also be asked to support other brands in Peak 21's portfolio.
The position is full-time in our Manila office.
What You'll Do
Work directly with Vanessa Hudgens to craft and maintain KNOW Beauty's aesthetic and visual identity.
Evolve the visual identity as needed when new product lines are introduced.
Create and main brand guidelines, and make sure they are followed across all our channels.
Deliver product packaging design, web wireframes, creatives, and more in line with brand guidelines.
Design content for various marketing channels: website (e.g. banners), email promotions, email templates, banner ads and social media.
Create photo and video briefs in line with the brand identity, and coordinate the production of photo and video content with external providers and Vanessa herself.
Who You Are
A tertiary degree holder
Fluent English speaker
At least 3+ years of experience as a designer
Experienced in Adobe Software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
You have a fantastic eye for aesthetics!
You are able to manage multiple work streams at once
You're an avid social media user and have a strong passion for digital brand building
You're coachable and dedicated to continuous personal improvement and professional growth
You're thorough and detail-oriented, and are good at following processes
You're tech literate and can learn new software with ease
You thrive in a high growth environment and enjoy a startup team culture
