Responsible for the review, analysis, and evaluation of business systems and user needs.
Analyzes TOR (Terms of Reference), Technical Specification,
Success Criteria, Functional and Technical Requirements
The BA documents requirements that define scope and objectivesand formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies.
Prepares documents like BRD (Business Requirement Document),
FRD (Functional Requirement Document), and Project Timeline
Understands the software development cycle and process
Work with the design and development team to relay and convey requirements for software development
Involved in quality assurance and systems testing (QA).
Conduct user orientation and serve as the primary contact and support during the scoping phase and possibly right through to client sign-off
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
At least 1-3 years of experience in business analysis and quality assurance
Experience in project implementation
Working knowledge of the IT internet industry and SAAS application is a plus
Enthusiastic to join a rapidly evolving, fast-paced start-up environment
Must have a good oral and written communication skills
