Role Description
Optimus is assisting a multinational pharmaceutical client in its search for a Junior Brand Manager.
The Junior Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing brand strategies for a portfolio of over-the-counter (OTC) product, conducting market research, identifying market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that the products meet the company's objectives and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications
Minimum: 5 years' experience in progressively marketing roles experience
Preferred: 3 years' experience in product manager in Pharmaceutical Company or FMCG / consumer business.
Solid knowledge in digital marketing
Fluent spoken and written English and computer literacy
Proven track record as analytical mind and communication skills
Proven working experience in digital marketing
Highly creative with experience in identifying target market, good marketing analysis, business planning, marketing concept and strategic thinking
Well-organized and good collaboration with sales and cross-functional team.
Proactive and assertive with a good interpersonal skill.
