JOB SPECIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
BROAD FUNCTIONS
Audit and review of Accounts Payable Voucers and Check Vouchers to ensure all disbursements are valid, duly approved and are in compliance with company policies.
Audit and review of weekly commission releases and monthly Performance-based Marketing Fund (PBMF) given to sales agent.
Check Deed of Absolute Sale (DAS) for signature of the Senior Vice President - Treasurer of the company to ensure all documents are valid for execution of DAS and all information are correct.
Make recommendations and/or solutions to improve existing internal control procedure or introduce new policies, subject to approval of immediate superior and/or the SVP- Tresurer.
Perform other tasks as mandated by immediate superior and/or the SVP-Treasurer.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
With at least one year related work experience
With keen attention to details and good background with internal control assessment and compliance checking
Good interpersonal skills
Must be willing to work at Mckinley Hill from Mondays to Fridays.
