Main responsibilities
The Junior Associate will be working as a full-time intern and will be responsible for contributing with thoughts on and ideas about how the company can become a world-class recruiting organization. This position is critical to the success of the organization. The responsibilities include:
Conceptualize and contribute thoughts on candidate sourcing strategies - Associates are highly encouraged to utilize creative methods that go beyond traditional sourcing channels to attract qualified candidates
Verify candidate qualifications and create marketing materials including job ads needed to attract talent to positions
Proactively suggest ideas and techniques that will improve the processes and success of the company
Work collaboratively with US project manager and other Manila team members

Location
Work from home arrangement until further notice, then the position will be based in our Makati office.
Recent college graduate with minimum GWA 1.75 or its equivalent and less than 2 years of work experience
Degrees in Psychology, Entrepreneurship, and Business Administration are preferred
Excellent written and oral English skills
Applicants must be willing to work as a full-time intern (8-hour shift)
Applicants must be able to take ownership of projects and process improvements
Applicants must be passionate about learning and developing professionally
Applicants must be willing to work on a night shift
Applicants residing in Metro Manila and nearby cities must be willing to work in our Makati office once it is safe to do so (we anticipate this occurring in 2022)
