We are in search of two (2) Junior Accounting Clerks for Payables and Disbursements and Sales Audit.
Duties and Responsibilities of the Junior Accounting Clerk for Payables and Disbursement
Check PPL computation, duties, and taxes.
Check and reconcile purchase invoices from suppliers
Encode expenses in the database using Microsoft Navision
Print checks and BIR Form 2307
Process petty cash, liquidation & reimbursement forms, travel allowances,
cash advances, utility bills, debit memos from affiliates, and other payables
Monitor unreleased and outstanding checks
Provide assistance and support in the preparation of monthly and quarterly
Financial Statements for submission to Ryohin Keikaku Japan
Assist in encoding Financial Statements on the Stravis website of Ryohin Keikaku Japan
Encode Summary List of Purchases and Importations in the BIR Relief System
Perform liaison duties such as but not limited to, bank deposits and
withdrawals, submission of documents to BIR and other Government offices
Maintain an orderly financial filing system
Do assigned tasks from time to time
Duties and Responsibilities of Junior Accounting Sales Audit
Check and reconcile daily sales and cash receipts of stores
Daily data entry of sales and cash receipts in the database using Microsoft Navision
Prepare monthly Audited Sales Reports, CMSR for submission to the landlords and other sales-related reports
Prepare monthly Royalty Report for submission to Ryohin Keikaku Japan every second day of the month
Prepare debit memos of related party transactions for charging to Ryohin Keikaku Japan, Stores Specialists Inc. and other affiliates
Provide assistance and support in the preparation of monthly and quarterly Financial Statements for submission to Ryohin Keikaku Japan
Assist in encoding Financial Statements on the Stravis website of Ryohin Keikaku Japan
Prepare BIR Form 2307 as an attachment to Income Tax Return
Perform liaison duties such as but not limited to, bank deposits and
withdrawals, submission of documents to BIR and other Government offices
Maintain an orderly financial filing system
Do assigned tasks from time to time
Qualifications:
a graduate of BS Accountancy or any related course; Computer Literate (proficient in MS Office, esp. MS Excel); or
Analytical and Critical Thinking; Interpersonal Skills; Good communication skills, both oral and written; Hardworking
Willing to render overtime work as needed; Honest and with integrity; Can work with minimal supervision.
