JOB DESCRIPTION
The Junior Accounting Associate assists the Accounting Supervisors with bookkeeping, managing accounts, and clerical duties.
Prepare supporting documentation and encodes journal entries to manual accounting records
Compile reports required by management and other governmental agencies
Compute and record charges, refunds, and adjustments
Prepare vouchers, invoices, account statements, reports, and other documents
Reconcile accounts receivable and general ledger accounts
JOB QUALIFICATION:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy (Accountancy, Financial Management, Accounting Technology, Management Accounting, or Equivalent)
Fresh graduates are welcome
No work experience required.
Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office
