General Job Description
The overall objective of AR Jr. Accountant is to assist with the management of the company's Finance Department by preparing and mailing invoices to customers, ensuring all incoming payments are received and processed, keeping a precise record of all incoming payments and to make contact with clients to ensure outstanding invoices are paid.
Posting payments to customer accounts
Organizing and filing deposit receipts as invoices are paid
Preparing reports on delinquent accounts and customer payment profiles
Reconciling cash receipts and deposits
Analyzing financial records for accuracy
Job Qualifications
Graduate of BS Accountancy/Financial Management or any business related courses
1+ year relevant experience is required for this role
Excellent knowledge in MS Office and familiarity with relevant accounting software (AS400, D365)
Solid collaboration, analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate effectively both verbal and in writing with high level of fluency (Business English)
An ability to prioritize and manage expectations
A keen eye for details
An ability to work independently.
Willing to work on shifting schedule.
Willing to work on-site in Alabang, Muntinlupa City.
