Job Description:
Handling Accounts Receivable and collection
Handling all related documents to AR like PO, COA
Managing the aging schedules of AR
Monitoring all AR that will be due.
Analyzing AR status
Sending demand letters to all clients that have an overdue account.
Handling Accounts Payable and all payments
Handling all related documents to AP like billing statements, OR and other documents
Monitoring of payable schedules
Analyzing AP status
Knowledgeable in corporate taxes
Other task related to AR and AP
Job Qualifications:
Must be knowledgeable in financial policies, accounting procedures, principles and reporting system
Knowledgeable in MS Excel
Highly organized and detailed oriented
Knowledgeable in Netsuites or other accounting systems
Can work with minimal supervision.
Must be willing to work in BGC, Taguig
