Job Description:
Reports to Transformational Manager - Finance
Prepare and submit policies and procedures of the Finance Department
Draft, review, revise and recommend improvements to the financial processes and policies
Collates data, analyzes and recommends improvements of automation and documentation of financial processes and reports
Assist in the implementation of Computerized Accounting System registration with BIR
Organizes value-adding activities; allocates adequate resources that contribute to achieving targeted goals; implements control to manage risks and ensure compliance
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy
Must be a Certified Public Accountant
At least 1 year of working experience in the same field
Knowledgeable of basic accounting principles and practices
With healthcare work experience is a plus
Familiarity with finance processes and procedures
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software especially SAP
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented
