The Junior Accountant will be responsible for providing assistance and support to the Finance Department of the company. We are looking for a candidate who is willing to develop and learn competencies and skills while achieving both company and personal goal.
Job Description:
Preparation of monthly/weekly reports, such as but not limited to:
Bank Reconciliation
Cash receipts, disbursements, and journal postings
Collection
Cash position report
Invoicing requirements
Quarterly and annual tax compliances
Internal and external audit requirements including collection of certificates of withholding taxes (CWT)
Qualifications:
· Graduate of BS Accountancy, Accounting Management or any related course
· With at least 1-2 years work experience
· Certified Public Accountant is not necessary, but a plus
· Efficient in oral and written communication skills
· Proficient in computer applications (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
· With high attention to details
· Flexible and team player
· Can work with minimal supervision on extended hours
