Manage financial statements, ledger, and bank reconciliations.
Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
Assist in tax return preparation and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
Contribute to budget planning and monitor expenses, budgets, and forecasting.
Conduct month-end and year-end close procedures. Maintain fixed assets.
Support audits and ensure accuracy of financial documents and reports.
Maintain knowledge of accounting software and adapt to changes in accounting standards.
Provide guidance and support to colleagues in researching accounting issues and resolve complex accounting queries empathetically and effectively.
Collaborate within the finance team and functional teams to improve accounting software, procedures and policies.
Other Ad-hoc matters.
Applicants must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience in accounting or finance.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, along with the ability to perform well under pressure.
Candidates must be proficient in using MS Office, particularly Excel and Word, and have experience in using accounting software.
The candidate should be detail-oriented, analytical and possess good problem-solving abilities.
The candidate should be self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines are essential.
