Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in any field preferably with Accounting or Finance background
One (1) to two (2) years of working experience
Highly proficient in spreadsheet use
Knowledge in Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and BIR Regulations
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Organized with keen attention to detail
Deadline-oriented, ensure on-time compliance
Responsibilities:
Assisted by a senior accountant, lead all the accounting tasks for BIR compliance
Updates Manual Books and Reconciles Accounts
Prepares and/or assists in the filing of BIR Returns for monthly and quarterly BIR compliance
Prepares necessary documents needed by other teams in compliance with the Government
Assists during audit
Propose and discuss the improvement of accounting procedure for fixed asset management, payroll, reimbursement and liquidation
Other tasks that may arise, related to the position
