1) Checking of Vouchers related to Cash Disbursement, Receipts, Accruals and all other transactions (Bank DM's and CM's)
2) Payroll preparation
3) Income Tax Computation and Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Returns preparation
4) Checks and review entries in the books of accounts as follows:
Cash Disbursement Books
Cash Receipt Books
Purchase Books
General Journal Books
General Ledger
Bank Reconciliation Statements
5) Preparation of Financial Statements for reporting to Management
6) Annual book closure, loose leaf preparation and filing
7) Preparation of Audited Financial Statements (Consolidated & Separate) and Notes to FS
8) Preparation of GFFS and AFS to SEC
9) Monitoring of submission of ITR to EFPS/EBIR forms and EAFS
10) Ad hoc Assignment
Requirements:
Graduate of Accounting with at least 1 - 2 years of experience in the related field including but not limited to, General Accounting, Budgeting and Forecasting, Payroll and Finance
MUST be a CPA
Excellent knowledge in MS office and familiarity with accounting tools is advantage
Knowledgeable about local and government requirements
Great attention to details and good communication skills
Amenable to work in Makati City and on-site work set-up arrangement
Must be amenable to work onsite
