RESPONSIBILITIES:
To provide accurate sales reporting (Monthly)
Multi Branch Analysis
Assist in Payroll Processing
Checking of branch Daily Sales Report
Handles BIR Monthly / Annual reporting-support schedules
Assist in the preparation of Financial Statements
Coordinates and resolve issues involving branches
Others as may be required by the position & Management
QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIRED: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting graduate & Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining financial records and following company guidelines and procedures.
Competency in using MS Programs, specifically Excel and Word
3 to 4 years progressive experience in Accounting
Hands - on Experience in General Ledgers
Knowledgeable in BIR / SSS / Philhealth / Pag-ibig
Able to multi-task and prioritize work effectively
Hands on Experience in doing company Payroll
Experience in inter-branch accounting
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
