Responsible for the recovery / disposal of Non-Performing Loans acquired from various banks/financial institutions through, restructuring, and other means / out of the box recoveries/resolutions;
Prepares account briefs and strategize for commercial resolution.
Touch base with clients/borrowers for possible repayment scheme and/or full settlement;
Conduct due diligence in Courts or in any government or private offices
Conducts asset search and skip trace if needed
Coordinates with in-house and external counsels on the litigated accounts as well as accounts for legal action
Handles execution of Court decision in favor of the company
QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/ Management or Equivalent.
Excellent Interpersonal and negotiation skills. Work under pressure in customer oriented environment.
At least two (2) years experience in the related field/real estate industry.
Willing to work in Taguig City
