We are on the lookout for an entry level Junior Account Manager to take our company to the next level.
As a Junior Account Manager, you'll be speaking with startups and small business owners and operators from all around the world and guiding them through the process of using our site and selecting the best freelancers to work on their projects. We are looking for a passionate individual who knows how to provide great customer service and loves seeing their clients' projects come to life and watching their businesses improve with the help of our platform.
You'll enjoy working on a variety of projects that cross the digital spectrum, but predominantly working on websites, mobile applications, design tasks, and various other small business marketing activities. You'll be using your excellent communication skills to deal with a broad range of customers as well as approaching potential customers with the aim of winning new business and gaining repeat business wherever possible.
Key Responsibilities
Help employers find freelancers for their projects, assist on navigating the site, address questions about the Recruiter service
Meet/exceed individual revenue requirement to contribute to the team's overall sales
Maintain core stats level at minimum, or better
Ensure to have the Recruiter Projects (RP) queue is manned at all times
Resolve escalated issues by providing support to site users; and,
Contribute to the team's success by actively participating in team initiatives in improving the process
Requirements
Can speak and write the English language fluently
Has excellent technical, analytical, and problem solving skills
Ability to simply and concisely express complex ideas
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Is a self-starter and target driven
Amenable to work onsite and with flexible working hours (Wednesday - Sunday, 10am to 7pm PHT)
Nice-to- Haves
Sales experience is highly valued. Particularly experience working via phone, email and chat.
Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field. A degree or diploma in a business/marketing/communications or related discipline is preferred.
Experience with web-based businesses
Knowledge of web marketing strategy
Has knowledge with e-commerce fundamentals
