As the business expands, we seek to hire a Jr. Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing company.Job Responsibilities:
Work closely with hiring teams to identify staffing needs and determine selection criteria
Use online channels such as social media platforms and professional networks to find potential candidates
Assist in planning and conducting interviews, including screening calls and assessments
Input and manage candidate information in the ATS
Help organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
Foster long-term relationships with potential candidates and past applicants
Coordinate interview schedules and logistics
Provide timely follow-up and feedback to candidates during the recruitment process
Job Qualifications:
At least one year of experience in talent acquisition or similar role
Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with others effectively
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
