• We're looking to immediately hire software quality assurance specialists and testers for our Cebu Office. The ideal candidates will have had some experience with automated or manual testing, Fresh graduate that has skills and knowledge is also encouraged to apply.
• We are an agile software and mobile apps development company, and we custom build systems such as inventory, HRIS, accounting, and many other types of ERP systems.
Responsibilities:
• Recommend and introduce improved automated software testing methods to the company
• Perform to write test cases for simple and complicated system/products.
• Execute test cases and analyses results.
• Collaborate with developers to develop effective strategies and test plans
• Report bugs and track issues.
• Work with teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
Skill Required:
• Writing test cases.
• Automated testing (Selenium) or Manual Testing
• Understanding and interpreting system/product requirements.
• Understanding of software testing methodologies (Regression, Functionality, Smoke, System integration, User acceptance, Adhoc)
• Experience in an agile software environment is an advantage
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in the field of Information Technology or similar field
• Preferably with experience/ knowledge in selenium and/or robot framework is a big plus.
