QUALIFICATION
BS Civil Engineering graduate
With at least one (1) year of work experience in the construction industry
Preferably with work experience in Corporate or Commercial Interior Fit-Out
Knowledgeable in Estimating, Microsoft Word, Excel and Cad
Professional license is an advantage
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Estimates quantities and cost of materials, equipment or labor to determine project feasibility.
Prepares Bill of Materials for assigned projects.
Handles the initial deployment of materials and manpower for the project.
Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications.
Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing rules and regulation with the help of safety officer
Compiles all construction plans, site instruction, PMIs and other necessary documents on-site.
Handles the initial requisition of materials and ensures that all materials needed for the site are as per specification.
Prepares and submits project status reports and other necessary documents to the Project Engineer.
