With at least 2 - 3 years work experience in Billing and Collection or related field; SAP experience is an advantage
With excellent customer service orientation
Proficient in the use of SAP accounting system
With ability to communicate effectively (both oral and written)
With strong sense of urgency and able to work under pressure; results-oriented
Able to effectively self-prioritize and manage workloads to meet deadlines
Able to work with minimum supervision
With a keen eye to details
Proficient in the use of Microsoft (MS) software (i.e. Windows, Word, Excel and Outlook) and databases to manage voluminous data
