In this role, you'll support our country valuations head in handling all business development concerns. You are mainly responsible in identifying new leads which requires valuations & advisory services and researching organizations to identify new leads & potential new markets. You'll also be in charge of updating and maintaining capability statements and documents related to our Valuations business in country, including company-wide communications, statistics, case studies and process documents.
Likewise, you will work closely with regional marketing and communications teams on matters related to business development, corporate branding, marketing collaterals, presentations and others to overall develop our marketing strategies for the Valuations business. This job also calls for exceptional people skills, as you'll manage and collate customer satisfaction surveys, hold update meetings, and conduct at least 40 hours of individual training per year.
Pitching valuation and advisory services
You'll perform the vital task of developing quotes, proposals and power point presentations as well as ensuring that all documentation prepared on behalf of the business line is brand compliant. It's also important that you maintain systematic records for all business partners. Winning new business deals will be your primary mandate and you are expected to effectively coordinate requirements; develop and negotiate contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations
Unlocking business opportunities
Do you have an eye for potential opportunities? As the person in charge, we want you to be on the lookout for business opportunities for our valuations business in country. You'll help unlock these prospective projects by working on service proposals, presentations slides and documents to be used in client pitches. Your role is also central in securing projects and developing pipeline for future endeavors.

A business development expert
An ideal candidate will have at least 5 years work experience in Business Development and Marketing in the real estate valuations or related industry.
It will also help if you are familiar with real estate valuation processes and concepts. A proven track record in landing big deals with international operators and brands may also help you land this job.
