The Jr. Business Development Officer plays a key role in all aspects of new business acquisition.
Key functions:
1. Support the business acquisition through outreach activities
2. Be involved with the booking meetings, proposals and scope of work processes
3. Conduct market research for lead generation
4. Support marketing activities and activations
Specific Duties & Responsibilities:
Collaborate with sales and marketing team on improving data driven lead generation
Working with team to implement marketing strategies and new opportunities
Encourage new clients by improving proposals
Attract clients through different channels for outreach
Track lead generation data and analytics
Developing and pitching ideas for potential clients
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
At least three (3) years of related experience is required
Experience with presentations
Experience developing and/or reviewing proposal budgets and cost proposals Special Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to build business relationships
Excellent research, data analysis/synthesis - Presentation skills
Experience in organizing and managing and disseminating business information - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Fluency in spoken and written English required
Demonstrated ability to handle the high stress environment of business development with grace and a sense of humor
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Demonstrated good judgment and ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously and work proactively
