Qualifications:
College graduate of Computer Science IT or related course
At least 1 year solid related work experience
If fresh grad, willing to prove himself/herself in the field and is willing to be trained.
Willing to work onsite (hybrid schedule - 2 days work onsite and 3 days work from home)
Duties and Responsibilities:
Follows appropriate programming procedures.
Maintains records, prepares reports, and composes correspondence relative to the work.
Keeps computer equipment, hardware, and software updated to meet current and future needs.
Analyzes new technologies that can be used and applied to current operations.
Must be able to analyze, develop and implement a project component and must be able to integrate all functional elements quickly and efficiently into a fully functional system.
Develop and maintain systems. Support for enhancement or customization of existing systems.
Maintains programming systems, and user documentation to ensure guidelines and procedures are complete.
Competencies:
Knowledgeable in Linux OS
Knows standard PC troubleshooting
Basic knowledge on TCP/IP
Has In-depth Database knowledge (MySQL, MS SQL)
Knowledgeable and competent in PHP, Java, Ruby, and .NET (for support of existing systems)
Knowledge of rapid application development environments and related tools.
Ability to prepare, develop and install software packages.
