Job Description
Knowledgeable with general bookkeeping, bank reconciliation and daily cash management, classifying and recording of 2307 from clients.
Recording journal entries for accruals.
Assist in the reconciliation of account balances and closing of books for financial reporting with management and for tax purposes
Assist in the preparation and filing of monthly BIR returns (Vat, Expanded, Compensation, etc.) Experience in handling BIR compliances is a plus.
Other duties and responsibilities will be discussed during the interview.
Job Qualifications:
Must be a B.S. Accountancy graduate
Must have at least 3 years work experience as general accountant (AR/AP/payroll)
Must be knowledgeable in Quickbooks or any similar accounting system
Must be knowledgeable in Philippine taxation
A team player, with good work attitude especially honesty and sense of confidentiality.
Keen to details and efficient
Willing to work in Makati
