Duties and Responsibilities:
Data Entry into Netsuite accounting system
Bank Reconciliation
Audit Schedules maintenance
Maintain full set of accounts
Statutory Schedules maintenance
Group reporting pack generation
Intercompany Invoices preparation and Reconciliation
Ensure compliance with local accounting standards
Taking part or leading other finance related activities
Lead the annual audit process
Assist with update and implementation of finance policies
Preparation of government reports
Assist in others ad-hoc reports as required by the Studio / Group (E.g. Budget preparations, cash flow projection, expense ledgers analysis.etc)
Leading in liaison with local banks on local studio banking needs
Coordination with HR for Payroll related activities and Employee Expenses
Work Closely with Local Accounting Consultants/Partners for Regulatory/Statutory requirements
Requirements:
Candidate must have at least a Bachelor's/College Degree preferably Accountancy or Finance-related role
Higher Accounting Qualification (CPA etc.) a definite plus
2-3 years working experience in the related field preferably in a BPO or multinational company
Must possess good English communication skills
Experience in working with international teams
Comfortable in MS Excel is a must
Experience with Netsuite accounting package is a plus
