B. SALES
Validation and recording of sales and sales discount transaction in NAV - daily
Validation and recording of AR collections, other income and sales of services in NAV.
Monitoring and recording of sales return, customer deposit, store credit and refund.
Preparation of check refund.
Application of customer's deposit and store credit.
Posting of recorded sales transaction, AR collection and sales of services in NAV
C. REPORTS
Preparation of daily sales report (shout out for cash flow)
Preparation of weekly sales report
Preparation of monthly consolidated report
Preparation of monthly P&L report (Sales) - for assigned branches
Monthly filing of e-sales (BIR) - for assigned branches
AR collection report
Refund monitoring
Customer's deposit monitoring
Gate pass monitoring
Preparation of Incentive Report
Sales, AR and customer deposit reconciliation
D. OTHERS
Petty Cash Fund Custodian
Bank Reconciliation
Manage the Accounting team in the store
Cashier's Reliever as needed
Any other task assigned as needed by the management
