Job Summary: The Invoice Analyst will be responsible in performing account reconciliation and research on customer accounts - for both missing and misapplied vendor payments. The incumbent will be interfacing with multiple internal groups as well as vendors by utilizing multiple contact methods, mostly via e-mail or over-the-phone interactions. He/She must have a solid understanding of Accounts Payable processes and should be comfortable in dealing with numbers/data.
Minimum Hiring Qualifications:
• Solid Understanding: Accounts Payable Process & Terminologies
• Accounting System Experience is a Plus - Querying for Invoices
• Able to Perform Account Reconciliation Analysis and/or Research
• Able to Research on Missing and/or Misapplied Vendor Payments
• Oracle Knowledge and Experience is a Huge Plus for this Role
• Good Familiarity w/ Spreadsheets; Excel - Working with Numbers
• Good Command of the English Language - Both Verbal & Written
