Position: Japanese Bilingual Associate

Salary: P 70, 000 - P 80,000 plus other benefits

Requirements:
Filipino or Filipino-Japanese fluent in both Japanese and English (oral and written)
Open for JLPT N1-N2 passer, or Level 1-2 in Japanese
Preferably with Admin/Back Office support work experience
With Skills in Microsoft Office applications
Knowledge in SAP system is a plus but not required
Responsibilities:
Assist customers in Registration; Activation and Deactivation Process of the account; and in creating Incident report
Provide assistance/guidance to clients by using the applications during the web-based registration process
Close collaboration with the 2nd level support organization based in Germany
Conduct proactive outbound calls to get supplier companies registered.
