Establishes recruitment requirements aligned with the organization's plans and objectives with the Hiring Manager and/or Account Director
Creates job descriptions of openings and designs hiring advertisements
Develops assessment tools for the candidate selection process
Utilizes social and professional networking sites to post-hiring and identify resource
Screens applicants for basic compliance with position qualifications (tech and non-tech roles)
Schedules interviews and ensure that department heads give feedback on each candidate
Sends interview feedback and hiring updates to applicants
Conducts background checks (if needed) for potential candidates
Maintains an active and organized data bank of applicants for various positions
Generates recruitment-related reports (EOW, EOD and the like)
Plots job offers and on boards selected candidates
Updates internal recruitment system and info board
Ensures compliance with agreed SLAs, SOPs and KPIs
Job Requirements
Must have at least 2 - 5 years of experience in a flexible Recruitment environment (CRM, Business Support and Technical Recruiting)
Capable of meeting KPIs such as number of endorsements and hires per month
Competent in using recruitment tools such as tracking systems and job portals
Sourcing background using different job portal tools that adhere to the current trend of lead generation and recruiting
Excellent comprehension and communication skills
Able to use MS and Google applications with ease
Bachelors or College degree holder
