In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions that align with our business goals and technical standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams-including Product, QA, and Design-to deliver reliable, scalable, and efficient applications.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently in a remote environment while still contributing effectively to team collaboration and overall project goals.Key Responsibilities
Develop, enhance, and maintain software applications according to project requirements and technical specifications.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to understand user needs and translate them into functional and efficient solutions.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, consistency, and knowledge sharing within the team.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across the software stack.
Contribute to the planning and estimation of development tasks and project timelines.
Implement automated tests to ensure the reliability and stability of software releases.
Stay updated with new technologies, tools, and best practices to continuously improve development processes.
Support deployment activities and provide technical expertise during release cycles.
Collaborate with the team in an agile environment, participating in stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a software engineering or related technical role.
Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Java, C#, or similar).
Experience with modern frameworks, tools, and technologies relevant to your tech stack.
Solid understanding of software development methodologies, version control (e.g., Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and within a distributed team.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a remote work environment.
