Summary:
As an Accounting Lead / Supervisor you will oversee the accounting operations and guide a small team of professionals. The role will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with standards, and smooth day-to-day accounting processes.Responsibilities:
Supervise and support the accounting team
Oversee AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger functions
Ensure timely month-end and year-end closings
Review financial reports and provide insights to management
Maintain compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
At least 3 to 5 years of accounting experience, with years in a supervisory role
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and reporting
Proficient in accounting systems and Excel
Strong leadership and communication skills
