Quarterly and Annual Review and Preparation of Financials to include Operating Expenses reviews and balance sheet substantiation.
Maintenance and Reconciliation of Fixed Asset Registerand Fixed Assets schedule (IGAAP vs IFRS) and according to Income Tax Act and Companies Act
Bank Reconciliations and General Ledger reconciliations and substantiation
Ensure SEZ, FEMA, MSME, XBRL, RBI and TDS related Compliances
Liaise with Auditors - internal and external and demonstrate governance and controls.
Management of operating expenses, statutory payments, travel and employee expenses etc.
Liaison with banks, tax authorities and consultants for reporting and compliance matters
Job Requirements

Qualified CA with 2-4 years of post-qualification experience in accounting and financial reporting.
Knowledge of SEZ regulations would be preferable
Strong inter-personal and presentation skills to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization and with external agencies.
Strong MS Excel skills
