Java Backend Developer - Hybrid Setup in Pasay

Offer description
Temporary contract Home Based
Work in an Agile environment and implement Agile Technical
practices;
Collaborate with the Product and Engineering teams to deliver
quality releases;
Design, build and maintain backend services with REST APIs using
Spring Boot framework in Java or Kotlin;
Coordinate with the Support Team to resolve production issues;
and Introduce new things that will make the team more efficient and
awesome.
Requirements:
Familiarity with the following tech stack: Java, Kotlin, Spring Boot,
and PostgreSQL;
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and
familiarity with various design and architectural patterns;
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git;
Good command over any well-known IDE like IntelliJ;
Proficient understanding of API security standards;
Experience in using build tools like Gradle, Maven, and Ant;
Excellent knowledge of relational databases, QL, and ORM
technologies; and
Experience in building APIs using Spring Boot Framework +
Requirements
Solid understanding of the mobile app development life cycle;
Familiarity with various design and architectural patterns such as
MVVM, MVI, etc;
Proficient with Java and Kotlin programming language;
Experience with Android Jetpack libraries such as MDC,
Navigation, Paging and WorkManager;
Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect applications to back-end
services;
Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance
tuning;
Experience with performance and memory tuning with tools;
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools Git, GitLab,
BitBucket, or similar; and Experience in using Firebase for Crash Reporting, Analytics,
Distribution, etc.
