With or without experience in handling concern in healthcare
Responsibilities
Monitor and respond quickly to incoming requests related to medical devices issues.
Provide first level support in basic troubleshooting across the designated product range by analysing customer concern and asking the appropriate questions to support the resolution.
Documenting concern and inquiries using the appropriate guidelines and procedures
Evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that may positively impact team performance and customer experience.
