    Bachelor’s Degree
    Fluent in Japanese (reading, writing, spoken)
    3+ years’ experience working with eCommerce companies servicing Japanese market
    2+ years’ experience as manager of customer support team for Japanese eCommerce market
    Assist with a USA eCommerce company expanding to the Japanese market, and assist in overseeing early hiring decisions as we build out the customer support & account management team to service the Japanese market.
    Be very savvy in the required systems and technology that eCommerce businesses servicing the Japan market commonly use, and help us make the right decisions in choosing the right service providers, technology partners etc.
    Assisting in creating quality standards, SOPs, and overall management processes as we build out the customer support team to service the Japan market.
