Requirements:
Native Japanese
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any course
Good English communication skills
Preferably with more than 2 years Infrastructure Monitoring experience
Responsibilities:
Responsible in infrastructure system monitoring
Attend to operational requirements and security management
Handle Incident ticketing and reporting via call and email
Attend to emergency and resolve reported issues
