・Experiences to work as Bridge System Engineer
・Familiar with IT

Responsibilities:
・Cooperate with the Japan branch to develop system
・Manage Japanese Bridge SEs and Filipino engineers
・Handle projects from clients
・Understand needs and requirements from clients, and inform Filipino staff of the details in English
・Monitor the status of projects and deadline
・Ensure that the products meet customers' criteria
