Requirements:
N1-N3 passer/level (JLPT Certificate is not required)
Bachelor's Degree holder in any course
With 1 - 2 years' experience as Technical Support or Customer Support Representative
Experience in Office 365, Sales force and similar program is a big plus
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries including reported technical issues and product feedbacks
Solve video, text, pictures, graphics and online content errors
Prepare report of customer feedback for stakeholders review
Minimize operational risk and coordinate with different teams
