Experience in health, benefit and insurance is a big advantage
Proficient in using computer applications
Responsibilities:
Data management and reporting activities
Data entry of documents for customer and clients regarding their confidential informations
Support the production of benefits plan design and reporting publications
Answers inquiry regarding the benefits and insurance informations
Assist the processes and ensure beneficiary data is updated
Support interactions between clients and customer vendors
