Ensuring both contractual and operational KPIs are met.
Responsible for activities assigned by the Accounts Payable Manager
Monitoring statistics from processing and reviewing teams and ensuring that productivity and quality targets are being achieved.
Developing initiatives for continuous process improvement

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or any Business course is required.
• Proficient in Japanese and English Language.
• N1 to N3 JLPT linguistic competence level
• Preferably with previous accounting experience particularly in Accounts Payable.
• Undergraduates with relevant work experience are also welcome to apply.
• Preferably with at least 1-year supervisory experience (Office work set-up).
