JOB DETAILS:
Client Info: This is one of the biggest conglomerates manufacturing companies for consumer products. It is already more than 55 years in the Philippines. The company distributes its household products, medical and car care products for almost 200 countries world-wide. Philippine site handles technology, finance, accounting and human resources operations.
Requirements:
Filipino who can speak, read and write Japanese
JLPT N1/N2 level (Certificate is not required)
Fluent in English
Bachelor's degree graduate
Preferably with at least 3 - 5 years purchasing experience
At least 1- 2 years Team lead experience
Accounting/Finance related experience is a BIG Advantage
Willing to handle financial services and work in Taguig City
Responsibilities:
Responsible in managing a purchasing team
Serve as the main contact person for the department
Handle and manage purchase orders of the company
Ensure accuracy of order information on the company system
Ensure deliveries and coordinate with company suppliers
Attend to inquiries of Japanese speaking suppliers and stakeholders
Manage escalations and solve reported issues
Prepare monthly purchase order reports
