Client Info: This company is a professional company which supports clients to attract more customers through the internet. The service is to provides internet services such as ASP EC web site development and marketing automation
This company provides clients with other services such as consulting, call centre, logistics, third-party administration which are related to EC sites.
Responsibilities:
Cooperate with the Japan branch to develop system
Manage Japanese Bridge SEs and Filipino engineers
Handle projects from clients
Understand needs and requirements from clients, and inform Filipino staff of the details in English
Monitor the status of projects and deadline
Ensure that the products meet customers' criteria
Requirements:
Experiences to handle Filipino subordinates as a manager
knowledgeable about upper process
Experience of development with ExPHP, Java ExPHP
Knowledgeable about My SQL
Knowledgeable about git
Preferably knowledge of EC,CRM
Good English communication skill
JLPT N1/N2 level
Familiar with Japanese culture
