Edsa Shangri-La, Manila is the only five-star deluxe city-resort convention hotel in Ortigas Center, Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila's second largest business district. Adjacent to two major shopping complexes in the country - Shangri-La Plaza Mall and SM Megamall. It is seven-kilometres from the Makati Central Business District and 13 kilometers from the international airport.
DUTIES
To maintain a high standard of all food preparation, service and hygiene in their respective Kitchens, according to the standards required by the management.
REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Hospitality Management/Culinary
Minimum 5 years experience in a five star international class hotel, preferably with minimum 1 year experience in a similar capacity
Preferably computer literate & with knowledge in Finance
Fluent in oral & written English
A self-starter, displays initiative & is creative/open-minded
A team leader/builder, customer & people-oriented
With knowledge of traditional hot & cold Japanese cuisine
Able to showcase creativity for special dishes & menus when required
