Requirements:
Filipino or Native Japanese
Can read and write Japanese and English well
Preferrably graduate but open with undergraduates
At least 3-5 years work experience as Operations Manager or Project Manager in a BPO set-up
Familiar with RPG and Online Video Games
Responsibilities:
To manage projects in terms of deliverables and deadlines.
To manage the project teams' work in terms of workflow, prioritizing, and task assignment.
To manage clients' expectations in terms of CS strategy, productivity, efficiency, client support and quality.
Assign roles and coordinate workflow within the project team.
To develop and manage successful relationships with clients.
