Position: Japanese Bilingual Specialist
Industry: BPO Company
Salary: P 48,000 - P 68,000 (Basic)(Additional Language Bonus based on Proficiency)
Location: Must be willing to work in any location
Work Schedule: Shifting schedule

Requirements:
• Japanese National or other Nationalities who could speak Japanese language
• for other Nationalities preferably JLPT N1 - N3 Passer/Non Passer
• Bachelor Degree of any course
• Undergraduates are welcome to apply
• Willing to work in any location
Responsibilities:
• Escalate issues and seek advice when faced with complex issues/problem
• Contributes in various internal or client advantages related to Process
• Must have strong understanding of the current mediums in the process on how they are measured and improvement.
• Must be able to propose progress development ideas which can reduce time, improved truth or boost controls
• Master the given process and help the team members to overcome process related queries
• Maintain, validate and update process documentations as applicable to ensure compliance with documentation requirements
