Responsibilities:
Escalate issues and seek advice when faced with complex issues/problem
Contributes in various internal or client advantages related to Process
Must have strong understanding of the current mediums in the process on how they are measured and improvement.
Must be able to propose progress development ideas which can reduce time, improved truth or boost controls
Master the given process and help the team members to overcome process related queries
Maintain, validate and update process documentations as applicable to ensure compliance with documentation requirements
