Responsibilities:
Responsible in overseeing the team's day-to-day operations to ensure that all deliverables are submitted in a timely manner
Responsible in providing support and financial information to stakeholders, managers and financial directors of the company
Maintained transaction and records of the company
Management reports including the audit of statutory accounts for designated entities
Provided liaison between traders, sales, and Backoffice staffs across departments in various offices globally
Requirements:
Open to Japanese National in the Philippines
Can process working visa
At least JLPT N1-N2 level proficiency in Japanese (Certificate is not required)
Must be a graduate of any 4 years business course
Excellent English communication skills
With People management experience
Background in Banking and Financial field is a strong advantage
