Requirements:
Filipino or Filipino-Japanese fluent in both Japanese and English (oral and written)
Open for JLPT N1-N2 passer, or Level 1-2 in Japanese
At least High School graduate
Preferably with TSR/Service Desk/IT work experience
Knowledge in SAP system is a plus
With Skills in Microsoft Office applications
Responsibilities:
Provide assistance to clients for web-based applications by determining and documenting their inquiries and solutions
Help/guide the clients on how to use the applications
Close collaboration with the 2nd level support organization registered in Germany
Conduct proactive outbound calls to get registered supplier of the companies.
