Responsibilities:
・Handle Account payable of the company including database management
・Handle end to end payment processes
・Handle creation of payment proposal, cancelation of invalid payment and ・payment processing
・Attend to Account payable related inquiries from other departments
・Provide solution to A/P related issues
・Assist in preparing A/P report monthly
・Responsible in overseeing the team
・Monitor the performance and assist AP associates
業務内容:
・会社の買掛金についてデータベースのマネジメントをすること
・支払いのプロセスを扱う事
・支払いの管理、無効な支払いの取り消し
・他の部署からの問い合わせに答えること
・買掛金に関連する問題を解決すること
・買掛金の月次レポートを準備すること
・チームを監督する事
・パフォーマンスを管理し買掛金アソシエートをアシストすること
